«This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Starting from checkin, the wrong info was provided that I would receive an electronic key only to arrive and learn they no longer used that so I needed to have an actual key and figure out checkin. The WiFi info was wrong but the absolute no go was the door locking mechanism got stuck and was a major safety hazard. The owners were not helpful at all. The help came from the onsite receptionist and security who worked an hour to get the ...

«Alles da was man benötigt, gute Lage, gute Kommunikation.

«Do not stay at this property unless you want to be ripped off and fear for your life. It’s in a terrible area. The host doesn’t answer their phone and sends incorrect information to access the property and ignores messages. I was left at 10pm at night in a scary part of London, searching around in bushes in the dark, with no access and had to find alternative accommodation. Avoid booking this at all costs.»
