«The staff were grate and the room and facilities were clean and in good shape. Amenities were below par (no ice maker, no desk, etc.). Food was of good quality, but limited menu--good for a fancy brunch, but not for daily fare. Location is great for Falls Church activities. Free parking is a plus. »

«This hotel has some downsides an upsides. It is worn out, and it smelled marihuana in the hall…every day.. like walking in Amsterdam. It was not very clean… one of the towels that was nicely folded in our bathroom was more brown than white…rather disgusting. The aircondition worked but sounded like it was going to die or explode any minute….it did make any noise from other rooms disappear so I guess it was ok… On the upside..: A decent breakfast…even if it ends at 09… And the best..: a free ...

«Bathroom sink water faucet doesnt come out for enough to wash h ands comfortably. Chairs in breakfast room are all in need of redoing orctossing. Looks tacky. Staff was friendly and followed instructions when i asked to only have trash and towels picked up 2 out of my 6 day stay. Parking is a nightmare if you come in after 9pm. Getting into hotel is tough if you come the wrong way, you have to cut through McDonalds parking lot. Bedcwas comfortable. A TV channel guide would be nice.»

«I checked into a room that had no shower curtain and no bath towels. The front desk personnel did not seem to concerned about it. The room we never served during a 4 night stay even after I requested that it be done on the 3rd day. I might have well stayed at a motel 6»

«Good luckgetting internet here.I could not get theirs to work, I could not get my hot spot to work.I had them check itand the error messages on their platform and they could not fix them.I told them that due to my work, I could not stay and not get my work done. They stated that because I booked with a third party, they could not help me. I had my third party call them several times at the correct number, and the Westin would not pick up.

«This is a great hotel for the price. The self parking is free (rare) and secure. It’s a ten minute walk to the metro or take the hotel shuttle. The only con is the quality of the complimentary breakfast. It’s not that good, but for a quick bite before heading out it’ll do. The facility has always been clean, and I’ve stayed here many times. »
