«The check in process was smooth, quiet neighborhood. Floor had footprints as we came in, was very greasy and dirty. Entire place had a very rancid smell or urine or decaying animals. Appliances and bathroom was clean. On the second day we had to leave early due to maggots being everywhere on the floor, even though we had throughly taken care of our trash. Would not recommend unless the owner cleans up the place and addresses the smell.»

«There was NO communication using the VRBO app. Three messages sent over three different days, very disappointing. Once in the unit there was a number and that individual communicated quickly. Unit was overall clean, but the washer had to be cleaned before use and there was a lot of leftover food including open cereal boxes, old mayonnaise, mustard, ice cream, gross. Very comfortable unit, nice layout, nice bed, couch etc. Would have been nice to know that there are individual heating units that ...

«The place was basically clean except the windows and sliding door tracks. The toilet seats are loose and unsafe. The towels are THIN. The deck furniture is busted apart and just left. The woodpeckers have destroyed the exterior window frames. The decks are in dire need of stain. A couple of the mattresses are terrible. »
