«I am an advid traveler, and I enjoy all types of lodging accommodations. However, this property was not presented as described. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity. «Chad was very accommodating, and communication was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH.
Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described!
