"This hotel is a sure winner when going to Paris. The location is just off the most crowded beat, but still very close to the attractions and places of interest. A lot of great things can be said about this hotel, but what or more specifically who impressed us the most was Gerardo, the Bar & Restaurant Manager. We had our 9-year-old niece with us, and she is unfortunately a picky eater. This was no problem for Mr. Gerardo who in the nicest and most polite way possibly went off the menu to create her favorite meal. We had fully understood if he hadn't been willing to go the extra mile, but he did it with a genuine smile. He was the one who lifted the stay from great to fantastic. So, a big thank you Mr. Gerardo! "
