«When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. «We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. «Second time we stayed at this property and that should tell you alot! Unfortunately we had to leave early as my husband had a neck issue but we hope to be back in the fall. This property is clean comfortable and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. Nice to have a kitchen downstairs for the early birds like me. Everything in walking distance in downtown catskill but Hudson 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this apartment to explore the town of catskill and surrounding towns.»
