«Overall, very good. The staff (front desk, bar & restaurant) was excellent; professional and friendly. Hotel is new, so it was fresh and clean. Good meals from Recess, and sitting in the outside bar with a beverage was very pleasant. Location is convenient to Powell’s Books and other shopping, restaurants. If I’m being picky, I found the solar shades extremely noisy, and for a new building the sound proofing in general especially the ceiling could have been better. Also, I would have liked an ...

«Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.»

«The hotel is beautiful but old. The curtains in our room was ripped and the window in our friend’s room on the 12th floor was missing the safety lock so it opened all the way which would be scary if there were children with us. They wrongfully charged me for valet but it seems to be getting resolved pretty quickly. The halls are creepy but I guess that’s all part of the lore. »

«This is a hostel with private rooms. I might have missed that while booking, but don’t think it was clearly labeled. It’s a nice place and good location if you’re going to the convention or Moda center, but just know what you’re booking. »
