The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

This 1-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a king bed and a TV, creating a restful retreat at the end of the day. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, making the layout well suited for families or small groups. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades support a comfortable night’s sleep.



Living space and comfort

The living area is designed for relaxed downtime, with a TV, ceiling fan, and window AC unit. Fast wifi (378 Mbps, verified by speed test) and an Ethernet connection support streaming, video calls, or remote work. A dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - offers a quiet place to focus when needed. The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
