Wyndham's beautiful Waikiki Beach Walk location is right in the heart of Waikiki. The location really doesn't get any better. The Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk is a wonderful getaway for families, couples, and business travelers and who enjoy a condo resort stay rather than a hotel.
The 1 Bedroom can sleep up to four guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. It contains a full bathroom with a jetted tub, a kitchen and a private washer/dryer in the unit.
The world-famous Waikiki Beach is only a 5-minute walk from the resort. This resort is not oceanfront but is very near to the ocean and has all the comforts of home. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and the Yard House are across the street. A fabulous Sicilian restaurant is just downstairs and Starbucks and Jimmy Chang's are within a short block of the resort. Tons of great shopping is within walking distance and lots of fun Waikiki ice cream eateries and street performers.

Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.
All reservations are subject to Hawaii's Transient Occupancy Tax (TSO) upon check-out, which is approx. $12/day. This is in addition to the transient accommodations tax and sales tax collected on VRBO's platform.
Since all Wyndham resorts use floating inventory, the units are not assigned to a guest until shortly before arrival. The photos in this listing are representative of the unit type as they are mostly uniform, but not necessarily the exact unit you will be in.
The resort is fully staffed and provides a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy your Hawaii Vacation. Concierge service is available and maintenance and housekeeping are on site. Linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided, as well as some dish soap and paper towels.

Guests can access all resort amenities
The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours.
Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations.
Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation.
Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted.
Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99.
