«This property is located just outside the CBD and walkable in around 15-20 minutes if you are able to negotiate some quite steep hills. We stayed in the coach house which is on 2 levels and has 2 double bedrooms and a landing area with a large wardrobe and dresser on the upper floor. Because this particular accommodation was 2 bedrooms and on 2 floors the bathroom is located on the lower level. For me being reasonably mobile this wasn’t too much of a problem but could be a bit tricky for elderly ...

«Cottage is in a great location within easy walking distance to Sandy Bay shops, cafes and also to Salamanca Place. Quiet & off-street parking is a bonus. Washing machine and dryer are handy to have. The cosy log (gas) fire is enough to warm the cottage, plus heated towel rail and heated floor tiles in the bathroom are an added extra that was appreciated.»

«Well furnished spacious rooms, kitchen had everything we needed, great views and lovely neighbourhood. Only downside is no off street parking but that’s not unusual in Battery Point! Would happily book again the next time we’re in Hobart.»
