Sandy Bay is a character filled, vibrant area with beaches, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, quality restaurants & boutique shopping.

The Maid oozes charm. With it's glowing gas log fire, cosy couch, Apple TV, free WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hot plate, microwave and coffee machine. Complimentary tea, coffee and port. The bathroom incorporated a walk in shower, heated towel rail and heated floor, washing machine and dryer. The original polished floors add to the beautiful character of the studio. The Maid has it's own courtyard and veranda seating. There is also dedicated off street parking. The entry key is located at the front door in a security box. Sensor lights and torch guarantee good vision if arriving late at night

From the first enquiry to the day of check out we are avalaible for guests. We are not based at the property however are just a phone call away. We are able to assist and meet guests if required, however have designed the property as a private retreat with independant access. Once the booking is confirmed and verified we advise of the check in instructions.

Quiet no through street. 2 minutes walk to Sandy Bay Road, where you can find supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, quality restaurants, beaches and lovely parks. Walking distance to Wrest Point Casino.

Hobart City is in easy walking distance, or a short Taxi ride. Public buses are just a stroll away. No need to drive.
