«Not an overwhelming resort - more like a cozy family feel. Staff were extremely friendly, respectful and courteous. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Food was excellent and the entertainment was enjoyable. Beach and pool were both outstanding - this was our second stay at the Hyatt Ziva, and we are definitely going back for a third time.»

«This is a really hard review to write as I had a great time at this resort. Almost all of the staff that I interacted with were fabulous. The hotel is beautiful, easy to get around with tons of options for foodies. Beach was lovely as were the pools and the lazy river was a blast.
We were a group of 8 traveling all arriving at different times.
That being said, there is a problem with thefts in the rooms. I had no issues but 2 of my party members had money stolen from their room and many ...
