2 Spanish Moss Road is located very close to the Harbourtown area of Sea Pines & a short bike ride away to the beach. It is also a great spot to be close in proximity to the annual RBC Heritage Golf Tournament without having to worry about parking! Walk along the leisure trail adjacent to the home to be in the heart of the front nine action (holes 1, 2, 8, and 9) in under 8 minutes (approx. 600 yards).

A nice perk of this home is that it is dog friendly allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax. Please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

• Distance to Beach: This home is 1.5 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. It is a very easy bike ride to the beach & bike racks are available at the Beach Club. You can also take the seasonal complimentary beach shuttle (which is available when parking is not permitted at the Beach Club). No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying typically mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm. The seasonal beach shuttle lot is a short bike/drive away from the home.

• Pool/Spa Info: This home has both a private pool & spa + an outdoor half bathroom located by the pool. The pool is a freeform shaped pool approximately 25 feet at the widest and 30 feet at the longest. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Dog Friendly: This home allows one dog total per reservation & it must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog + pay the additional pet fee.
