We ate dinner every night at The Big Chill and enjoyed the activities and shops there. We used both the Deer Lake beach access and Santa Clara. «Condo was as described. Very quaint, comfortable and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Check-in went seamless. This is our third time to Destin area, second time staying at Prominence Area. The only bad thing this time was the road closure which gave us a long detour to our beloved other cities we spend time in.»

«This was our first time staying at Gulf Place and Santa Rosa Beach. My husband and I loved our time there. The studio was at a great location. You’re right across the street from the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. Restaurants and coffee shop all within walking distance. For spring break time, it was busy, but didn’t feel overcrowded. The studio was perfect for us and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!»

«Nice place with a ell kept back yad area, very pretty and relaxing. It does take several flights of stairs to get to the beach, but nice quiet beach and the included beach service was a huge benefit! Great location!»

«We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus.»

«This house couldn't have been any nicer! Everything was super clean and there was plenty of space for all of our guests! Another huge plus was having a bathroom for every bedroom. That made it easy for everyone to get ready and have some privacy. The pool and hot tub was a super bonus as well! We have stayed in several places in 30A and this is the nicest one yet! Definitely recommend this place and we look forward to staying here again next year!»
