«Absolutely fabulous place to stay! Exactly as described with everything you need for a break away. Hot tub was a great touch in wonderful little garden with lights. So clean and a pleasure to stay there. Lovely little touch with welcome basket on arrival. Would highly recommended!»

«We spent 2 nights in York and were very happy with the accommodation. Communication with Stuart was excellent and we appreciated his recommendations, sent to us just after booking, of places to eat and things to do. Having them in advance allowed us time to plan our stay better. Check in was very easy and we found the house and places to park easily. «This accomodation has been the best we’ve experienced so far on our trip. The bed was large and comfortable , the living area and kitchen were just right and the bathroom with bath was wonderful . It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. And we loved the heated floors☺️»

«Exceptionally well-presented holiday let - plenty of room with everything we needed. Very quiet, farm-land location with plenty of bird-life to keep us company and many places of interest nearby, including a local pub serving good food. Would happily stay here again.»

«The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.»

Small room with carpet and useless airconditioning
"The hotel had been refurbished, but our room was supposed to be a room for disabled people, which is absurd considering the small size and wall to wall carpet. Seriously, carpet in 2024? No place for people with asthma. The airconditioning lived a life of it's own, and even when fans supposedly turned off, it started blowing in the middle of the night leaving me with a sinus inflamation afther our stay. We also asked for someone to fix the chrome cast device, but this never happened either. "
