«This house is incredible. The check-in, arrival details, and activity details are clear and helpful. The property is large, well maintained, warm, and perfectly situated. We were a group of academics holding a small workshop. There were plenty of spaces for private work, a large table for our workshop, and an excellent kitchen for cooking large meals. We also really enjoyed the games room for evening activities. »

«If you want to explore Edinburgh this is a really great location. While compact, we were comfortable as a family of 5, and the kitchen was very well stocked, with some lovely personal touches. Station and supermarket both an easy walk. Very nice.»

«Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. Quick to Respond to queries. »

«It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. Bus stop is also near by but not that frequent. On cleanliness washroom and cupboard can be little more but I am sure the host of this house is so good that he will take this point. «We stayed a couple days in Rosewell. Plenty of amenities for me and my family. No AC and we got there on a hot day, so that was rough. But for the price, id say it was worth it!»
