«The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. "A charming stay with a view 🌿 We spent one night at Mountain Heritage Hotel during our sisters’ trip to the Blue Mountains. The place has an old-world charm — cozy interiors, creaky wooden floors, and the most beautiful views over the valley. The room was comfortable and clean, with vintage character. Breakfast with a view was a peaceful start to the day. Not a modern hotel, but that’s exactly what made it special."
