«Great location, close to restaurants, shops, beach and by the ocean. Enjoyed watching the waves come crashing in from the restaurant. The concierges were super helpful in finding cool trips and activities. »

«Gorgeous place to stay. Very clean room with all your needed amenities and safe place to stay and walk. It is definitely a resort. You don’t need to leave unless you want to but of course we love Hawai’i so we get out and adventure. It’s a very large property so expect a lot of walking once you are all checked in or you can take the free hotel tram between the buildings within. «Wonderful staff! Very close to the airport, downtown, and stadium. Room was clean. If you are traveling with anyone who has mobility issues, some rooms are located far from the lobby. There are no stairs for rooms on the upper level.
We could hear people outside of our room passing by and talking and going up the stairs with their luggage. Hard to fall asleep with the noise. »

«The staff was concerned with us getting there before 8pm. We hurried to get there and did not stop for dinner. We arrived to check in at 5pm and the staff seemed eager to show us our rental and get out of there (we were the last and maybe only ones to check in that day).
There was a living room but there were beds in it. The shower was challenging to figure out how to use. It had two handles (neither were marked) which seemed to produce cold water no matter how I turned the handles! On the ...
