«Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. «The condo was spacious and clean; had everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Great ocean front view. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were in the closet.»

«Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. »

«Leilighetsanlegg litt utenfor Kona sentrum. Store rom med alle fasiliteter; kjøkken, oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, tørketrommel. Stor terrasse, og flott utsikt til sjøen. Parkering i underetasjen. Hvis en ønsker nye håndklær daglig samt fjerning av avfall, er det mot ekstra betaling som kan bestilles ved ankomst. «This was exactly what our little family needed. Cozy, clean, comfortable. It came stocked with random toiletries I’m guessing were left by previous guests. (Thanks to whoever bought the aloe lotion by the way). As well as some beach gear, a plethora of towels and a few useful kitchen items. Checked into a hotel on the other side of the island and immediately missed the quiet little house where I could listen to the interesting night wildlife. The house is older by well maintained. «Vi hadde en fantastisk ferie på Islands at Mauna Lani. Dette anlegget er bygget med hus som er 4 og 4 i rekke. Husene er store, med privat garasje tilhørende hvert hus. Anlegget var rent og fint, med et privat bassengområdet i rolige omgivelser.Det er en privat strand som tilhører området Mauna Lani. Stranden er familievennlig og spesielt bra for barn. «The view was amazing and the condo had a large lanai with comfortable furniture to enjoy it. Everything was clean, and well stocked, including the kitchen for cooking meals. The building itself is a bit dated, but the condo was comfortable and the bedding, towels, etc. all felt fairly new. There was no AC, but the fans helped keep the temperature comfortable. »
