«If I could live here, I would!
My only issue here is that there's no AC. I get why they don't have AC, because it's right on the water and the breeze and the sound of the waves - it's all sooo good. But it's a bit rough when you're trying to get ready to go out for the night, or pack to leave. So you pack and get 95% ready, then jump in that salt water pool one last time to cool off.
Honestly, it was a highlight of my trip and priced just right too!»

«Vi sov tre netter i en av de koselige hyttene ved Kulaniapia Falls. De ansatte var hyggelige, fasilitetene gode og tomten fantastisk. Det var veldig deilig å kunne lage sin egen mat på kjøkkenet og slappe av med sjøutsikt i låven, og muligheten til et forfriskende bad i elven og ved fossen like ved. Vi hadde et behagelig og fredfullt opphold ved Kulaniapia Falls, og vil anbefale det sterk til andre.»

Hvis en ønsker nye håndklær daglig samt fjerning av avfall, er det mot ekstra betaling som kan bestilles ved ankomst. «Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. »

«Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout.
The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop.
The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. Useful kitchen appliances if you were thinking of ...

«The view was amazing and the condo had a large lanai with comfortable furniture to enjoy it. Everything was clean, and well stocked, including the kitchen for cooking meals. The building itself is a bit dated, but the condo was comfortable and the bedding, towels, etc. all felt fairly new. There was no AC, but the fans helped keep the temperature comfortable. »

«This was exactly what our little family needed. Cozy, clean, comfortable. It came stocked with random toiletries I’m guessing were left by previous guests. (Thanks to whoever bought the aloe lotion by the way). As well as some beach gear, a plethora of towels and a few useful kitchen items.
Checked into a hotel on the other side of the island and immediately missed the quiet little house where I could listen to the interesting night wildlife. The house is older by well maintained. So long as ...
