«Absolutely loved this hotel! Walking distance from everything in the historic district, but also easy to get on the highway and explore the rest of the island. Parking on site, pool and hot tub and breakfast included all of which is really hard to find in Kona. It was especially nice for the kids to have the breakfast and pool. The staff was extremely helpful, I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend the hotel for families.»

«Room was reasonably spacious and kitchenette was useful. While I could connect to the WIFI in my room, internet connection was spotty and cell service was difficult to maintain. No AC in the room, only fans and windows to cool down. Swimming pool looked good, although I didn’t have time to try it. 5 min drive to most food options. TV in reception has the webcam for Kilauea, which is useful if that is why you are in Hilo (which I was). 45 min drive to Volcano National Park.»

«Excellent service from the staff! Check in was smooth and we were greeted with lei, refreshments, and a towel. Yvonne, Chris, Linda, and Summer were great to chat with at Piko Bar in the evenings. Getting a pizza there before closing (9pm) was a nice late snack. Loved chilling at the adult pool. Dinner at Meridia was fantastic.
