«The staff was concerned with us getting there before 8pm. We hurried to get there and did not stop for dinner. We arrived to check in at 5pm and the staff seemed eager to show us our rental and get out of there (we were the last and maybe only ones to check in that day).
There was a living room but there were beds in it. The shower was challenging to figure out how to use. It had two handles (neither were marked) which seemed to produce cold water no matter how I turned the handles! On the ...

«This property was wonderful. It was high above the town with great views of the town and ocean. It had a distinctive modern architectural style and an authentic comfortable feel. Our room was clean and well stocked. It was spacious and we had an outside balcony. There was also a beautiful garden and a large shared living room with a pool table. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Hawaii.»

«Vi sov tre netter i en av de koselige hyttene ved Kulaniapia Falls. De ansatte var hyggelige, fasilitetene gode og tomten fantastisk. Det var veldig deilig å kunne lage sin egen mat på kjøkkenet og slappe av med sjøutsikt i låven, og muligheten til et forfriskende bad i elven og ved fossen like ved. Vi hadde et behagelig og fredfullt opphold ved Kulaniapia Falls, og vil anbefale det sterk til andre.»

«We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The host welcomed us very warmly and was incredibly kind and friendly. She even prepared breakfast for us in the morning, which was a very nice touch. Everything was spotless and very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay.»

«Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. «We are given Cabin 1 and there was no lighting outside and the bathrooms were a 3 min walk away in the dark. I feel and hurt my knee trying to use the bathroom at night, this caused me alot of discomfort for the rest of my stay. This part of the island is wet, and rain is common. There is mud that makes the ground dangerous to walk on. I would not recommend this place due to safety concerns. »

«This is a very nice lodge with a great history. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the nature trail. My only complaint is with the people in the room beneath us as we heard them talking well past the quiet hour of 10:00 pm. As the inn has no night manager, I was required to deal with it myself by talking to them directly. Not sure if the insulation between the rooms is adequate. We did hear other neighbors as well but they respected the quiet hours. »
