«It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. Either you sleep in comfort with the loud sound of the air conditioner blasting loud into your ear or hot but quiet during the night. I always end up turning off the air and just taking off my clothes under the covers Lol. Also the small window by the back porch doesn’t have a curtain so the neighbor ...

«The house was very nice! Very peaceful place. The host was so helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying there during a hurricane. There was a back up power system so we never went without power. We had everything we needed. The property caretaker called to check on us and offered help if needed. Very nice people. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it.»

«The property lists a kitchen but there is not. The is a refrigerator, plates/cups/etc and some plug in appliances, but washing dishes in a tiny bathroom sink was not ideal. There was laundry accessible and the house was very safe and comfortable during a hurricane. Just beware that if you are looking for a kitchen, there isn’t really. Otherwise the property was perfect for our stay.»

«A wonderful guesthouse a few miles outside of town. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owners was great. The only small downside was the combo washer/dryer took 5 hours to do a very small load and we couldn't use it overnight because it was right next to the pullout bed.»

«The location is near to a small beach & restaurants. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has a variety of seasoning & utensils. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch with a view of the ocean, above nearby rooftops. There was good cross-ventilation & ceiling fans, which was helpful since there is not A/C here. Jim was helpful & easy to communicate with as needed.»

«We enjoyed our stay at this clean, thoughtfully decorated, and conveniently located residence. It was somewhat difficult to find the first time due to all the cars parked on the road, making the driveway hard to find. However, once we found it, we were easily able to find our parking spot and get into the home thanks to the directions sent from Simone. The home is very cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We were thankful for the earplugs as the frogs are quite loud at night.»
