«I have been here once before. It’s a lovely property and the staff is great. What is unfortunate is that they changed their food/coffee. They used to have a little coffee bar where you were able to get great drinks such as matcha and they had a great restaurant. They have changed the restaurant and the food is not as great. Also very overpriced for the quality of food you’re getting. It’s better to go off property for food. They did great renovations but we had to call someone to come clean the ...

«The staff was very friendly, especially Maui who was always very personable. They were so friendly that I bought a Hopia Cake for them to share. A very beautiful hotel. Too bad the bridge that leads to Coconut Island is broken because I was really looking forward to going to it. The WSW Restaurant had great food. In fact, I believe I had one of the best steaks when I ordered the Sizzling Steak.»
