«We chose this property for the location near many hiking areas, as well as being in a quiet location and allowing our dogs. The home had all the amenities we needed, and the backyard was lovely and private with a high fence giving privacy from the neighbors. We enjoyed the grill, hottub, and just sitting in the adirondack chairs and relaxing. We drove into the towns of Cold Spring and Beacon a few times, which are nice towns to walk around in. «Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. »

«OUTSTANDING location! The views are incredible! Great outdoor area for a bonfire and family time! Hot tub! Grill! Not to mention the rooms are perfection with attention to detail. There is even a family room with a baby bed and play pen which was perfect for my daughter and her little family. The owners of the property answered our questions 24/7 and were always very gracious and kind. Constantly asking if we needed anything to make our stay better. «This place is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. When you walk through the front door, you are immediately greeted with an amazing view of the Hudson River. The sunrise over the river is beautiful. We easily went back and forth over the bridge to Sleepy Hollow and there are great restaurants right near the house. Would definitely stay here again.»

«Everything was perfect, plenty of room for family and everything we needed to be comfortable. The road in front of the house is super busy though and loud. If you want to be near West Point or Bear Mountain this is ideal property manager and maintenance staff are excellent and responded very quickly to our questions.»
