«Great value for the price! We stayed in a spacious studio suite with a large private patio and a pleasant view — though fair warning: the advertised "Strip View" is largely the backs of surrounding buildings. Still enjoyable, just temper your expectations. The bathroom was a standout — oversized, with a jetted soaking tub, a separate standing shower, and a private water closet. Really well appointed. «We really enjoyed our stay at the Signature. It was close enough to all the action, but yet quiet. The view of the Sphere is amazing. The fitness center is great. The location is very convenient. It is convenient if you don't have a car as you can pretty much walk wherever you want to go on the South end of the strip. You can walk thru the walkway to the MGM Monorail if you want to go further. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. »
