«We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. (I’ve included a front porch view picture) So if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider. It’s definitely a shady area. The homeless camp is visible from the steps. «The host is fantastic. Communication was great and we were allowed to check in early. Parking and locating the room was not clear but wasn't that difficult. We had user issues with the lock and once again the host was super responsive. We did have some cleaning issues and those have been communicated with the host so I expect it will be almost perfect for the next guest. Only one towel per person was available but the shower was great and so was the A/C. Really quiet and safe area.»
