«Such a quaint place with lovely hosts, had a wonderful dinner close by and super close to Bruny Island ferry. Beds super comfy, kitchen well equiped, we enjoyed watching the ducks in the dam outside the kitchen window, hearing the chickens being chickens and having the frogs lull us to sleep. Would thoroughly recommend for those that love nature and beautiful things. »

«Loved my stay at Ms. Sofia’s studio! Location was central to all the best restaurants, tours, ferries and made my short visit Hobart so much fun. Had everything I needed for my stay. The host was very quick to respond to questions I had during the stay there. Also the digital guide they send with details about the home and the surrounding neighborhoods was easy to use and very helpful. 10/10 would book again. »

«Berwick Cottage was in an excellent location but was let down by the condition of the property. The shower was mouldy and leaked and the paint on the kitchen benchtops was peeling off. One of the windows was broken and a number of the windows wouldn't open properly. On the positive side the property manager was extremely responsive and professional and the beds were very comfortable. It needs the owners to do some significant work to bring it up to standard. »

"Location is good. Close to all your Hobart experiences. My room was really noisy, I heard the music from reception and every time someone walked the hallway. If you stay there, ask for a room further away from reception and back of hallway. It's stairs all over so not suitable if you're not good with steps and stairs. Breakfast is poor, but breakfast staff is really friendly and helpful. Toilet paper holder kept falling down from the wall, and shower handle does not fit the holder on the wall. But maybe that's expected in an old building. If u was GM herre i would stay one night in each room myself to see what's need to be maintained."
