Leiligheter i Great Diamond Island

«Fantastic beach location and comfortable unit equipped with air conditioning (essential during the heat wave that occurred during our stay). Clean rooms, good size and full kitchen; comfortable furnishings.Only caution is that this is a beach-side location and appears to have a bit of a price premium for that reason. It’s justified but only if you’re planning to make good use of the beach.»

«We loved this place, the location, and the host!»

«The place perfect for the price. Great location if you’re looking to walk to the city’s beach. A little far from downtown, but if you are okay with walking it’s good for getting your steps in. We went to VRBO hosts suggested lobster roll place - j’s oyster house. 9/10. And holy donut 9/10!!! Great recommendation! Also reccomend post dinner drinks at porthole for good drinks and live music and coastal creamery for good ice cream! Went to double great coffee in the morning which was only a 5 min ...

«Great property. Cute place. Note that there are very steep steps to get into the place, which is a conveyed attic.»

«We were staying here for the sake of being able to see a show at Good Theater. The theater itself ended up being within walking distance, and same for a few different places to eat! This worked out great for our plans :)»

«As expected.»

«Location was convenient to everything and building was super secure.»

«Lovely clean property in a really great location. Walkable to town center! Perfect !»

«This room was actually a scary experience. The area was desolate, located across from a huge parking lot with drug addicts surrounding the building. The Uber driver would not leave until I entered because he felt I was unsafe, especially at midnight. The electric locks on both the front door and my room door did not feel secure. There was no deadbolt inside the room for extra security, so I wedged a chair under the door handle to feel safe. Considering the constant commotion outside and the ...

«There is no parking at the apartment. You must find a spot along the road which might not be in front of apartment»

«Well managed property within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ample street parking.»

«Apartment was as described. Clean, walking distort downtown and parks. Enjoyed stay. Easy communication with host. »

«A great place to stay while exploring and visiting Portland! Great communication, easy process, and would definitely stay again if we visit Franklin»

«This was a great house in a great location. Everything was within walking distance and the house had everything we needed. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds, a desk in every room, and it was completely charming. Ani gave clear instructions for entry and parking. If you’re looking to explore downtown Portland, this is my first choice! Beautiful!»

«Terrible area with no parking-no lights in entrance- not suitable for more than two bedrooms. Fold out couch setup no good. Stairs steep and dangerous»

«Was right in the area we wanted and in a nice neighborhood. Would def stay again!»

«Words cannot express how great this place is. Clean. Plenty of room. Great towels. Well stocked kitchen items. A huge bonus: real coffee and a coffee maker (not a Kurieg). Large living room. Comfortable beds. Night lights. All the little things that provide creature comforts. Parking was a little tricky but I got extremely detailed instructions so it was not a problem. »

«Lovely, historic home. Perfect location! Close to everything in Old Port!»
