En ukes opphold i tredje etasje og heisen til svømmehallen var ute av drift hele tiden. Det betydde 5 trapper både opp og ned hver dag. I svømmeanlegget er vinduene ut til hagen ødelagte slik at de ser møkkete ut. Mer enn halvparten av dusjene i svømmeanlegget var ute av drift også. I fløyen rett over svømmeanlegget er det en god del trafikkstøy hvis man ønsker å ha vinduet oppe.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We stayed for four days, and the room was cleaned only once, even though it clearly says “daily cleaning.” The hygiene was almost nonexistent — the bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the bathroom drains were clogged and didn’t drain properly. We paid an extra 400 NOK for a room with a balcony, but the staff refused to give it to us at first and placed us in a regular room. Only after insisting several times did they finally give us the room we paid for. The staff were not cooperative at all. Everything in the hotel is old and looks nothing like the photos online. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
