"After staying several times over the years at this hotel, I was disappointed with the overall and specifically housekeeping experience this time. The room was clean, when they came, which was late in the day or not at all the first day. However the bed was sloppily made 3 times in 4 days. Also, I and other guests had the lights switched off on us in the sauna without warning 15minutes before the area was supposed to close. Obviously we felt we had to leave early then and I felt it was rude...
