Located within the incredible Chalet Village Resort, your vacation begins the moment you arrive as you take full advantage of a host of exciting amenities within a short drive, including outdoor swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, a paved walking trail, fitness center, various indoor and outdoor games, and 3 distinct clubhouses, each with their own unique perks.

Away from the resort, activities remain abundant with hiking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing, and horseback riding in the Smoky Mountains all nearby. When you’re ready to venture out and explore the broader area, The Parkway will be your direct route to all the fun and entertainment of downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Be sure to drop by the Sevier County Courthouse to snap a selfie with the life-size statue of country music legend Dolly Parton, afterward heading over to Dollywood for a fun-filled day of roller coasters, rides, and live shows. More family-friendly activities await in Gatlinburg, such as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, one of the top-rated aquariums in the U.S.

When you’re ready to fully relax and unwind, the home has you covered whether you’re enjoying a glass of wine perched up on the shaded balcony, the sweeping views providing a serene backdrop, or you’re soaking your tired muscles in the bubbling hot tub. Indoors, cozy spaces have been curated with your ultimate comfort in mind, with rustic-chic décor and furnishings enveloping you in those coveted woodsy cabin vibes. The open floorplan leads you into the dining room, the perfect place for mealtimes as well as a family game night. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to assist you in all your culinary adventures, with all-black appliances, glossy countertops, and warm wood cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, gas fireplace, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink and soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The loft includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed, full size sleeper sofa, smart TV, and electric fireplace.

The home also includes a half bathroom on the main level as well as an additional full guest bathroom in the loft with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Gas fireplace is seasonal and available from October - March.
• Outdoor pools are seasonal and open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the private paved driveway. Driveway is steep, narrow, and curved. Please note that there is limited turnaround space with multiple vehicles.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs allowed. An additional pet fee of $150 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.

HOUSE RULES:
• Must be 21+ to book.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
• Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
