«The property was ideally situated to visit the town with its pubs and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes from the beach and promenade. It was well equipped, comfortable and clean.»

«Flat was spacious, but dated, and is located in an undesirable area. Cleanliness was generally okay but decor etc could do with upgrading and flat may benefit from being aired regularly. We got the impression that it had been a while since the windows had been opened.»

«Stayed with my 2 dogs. Great paths all around golf course for walking them. Easy walk through houses to get to beach. House clean and location is great for day trips or walking along promenade. Would recommend.»

«Great location and views to die for. Parking a bit tight but lovely neighbours who were happy to move cars around. We used the property as a base to attend a wedding and extended our stay to visit Alnwick and Holy Island - Newbiggin is a little tired and rundown and there isn’t a lot to do in the local area.»

«The property is very nice, nicely furnished and very clean. We did feel that it lacked in terms of things provided, such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, just one USED dishcloth. No welcome pack with instructions, and parking was very confusing. We unpacked the car a the rear of the house, which upset the neighbour. We parked in the nearby public car park for the duration of our stay. We were also disappointed to find out that there was no live TV channels.»

«Wonderful vacation home, fully equipped and in a great location. Right on the beach, just a few steps to the long promenade of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, a small town with all the essentials (restaurants, pubs, small supermarket). Newcastle upon Tyne can be reached by car in 30 minutes and is definitely worth a visit. Check in and check out were excellent.»

«Very well equipped accommodation. Great base for exploring the area. Beamish museum very close and well worth a visit. Also close enough to visit Newcastle, can get metro so don't have to drive in, Hadrians wall, Derwent water. Lot of places to visit. Good location if doing Great North Run.»

«Property was lovely. Everything we needed for stay. Plenty plates, glasses and utensils in kitchen. Lots of room in lounge for us all. Bedrooms comfy and bathrooms lovely too with towels and nice hand wash. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely be back again soon.»

«We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.»
