«We had an excellent holiday at Villa Maracudja. The accommodation is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. We made good use of the large swimming pool which was very well maintained. The house is very well situated just a couple of miles outside Menton, ideal for visiting this beautiful region. Hafid and Kristell were charming hosts and made us feel very welcome.»

«This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.»

«Un séjour très agréable dans une maison de caractere très bien équipée, à la décoration soignée et raffinée. Les espaces extérieurs sont très appréciables et la piscine un vrai atout qui contribue au plaisir du séjour. Une fois les parking repérés en haut du village, les commerces principaux sont accessibles à pied. Les propriétaires sont de plus très accueillants et réactifs par messages et de bons conseils.»

«Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison à 3 adultes et un enfant. Tout y est agréable, le cadre , l’agencement de la maison, le nombre de SDB et toilettes. Le propriétaire est au petit soin pour que vous ne manquiez de rien. Vous y êtes idéalement situé.»

«A bit difficult to find and the approach is quite winding and steep. Communication with the landlady was great. Apartment very clean. For families who live cheaply and well and especially on trips to Nice, Cannes and Monaco as we are the ideal accommodation!»

«Wir haben en Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und klimatisiert. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gibt es nach einer Woche frische Handtücher. Großartig war der Poolbereich, den man immer für sich alleine hatte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und immer für einen Tipp offen.»

«Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Haus bzw. Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe von Nizza und Antibes. Wunderbar angelegt mit Pool und großem Garten. Auch sehr schön geeignet für kleine Familien, da auch ein Spielbereich im Garten vorhanden ist. Grundsätzlich alles sehr schön und hochwertig gestaltet. Wir haben uns gut erholt und die Zeit in der Umgebung genossen. Allerdings muss man auch sagen, wir schon verwundert waren, da die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Wohnung offensichtlich ...

«We had a wonderful stay, Jacques and Solange are great hosts. While we were there they kept the pool open for us late in the season. Solange was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and visit. And Jacques shared his jam and olive spread he made from his own orchard with us. It’s a great quiet location with easy access to explore the many towns in the region. They made our visit very special»

«For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement ...

«Un super séjour au printemps, les vues depuis la maison sont absolument magnifiques. La maison est accueillante, avec une magnifique terrasse, idéalement située dans le village et très calme. «Suite Nice var helt rå. Stor og fin balkong. 3 store soverom. 2 bad og 2 separate toalett. Fin stue og kjøkken. Bassenget på taket var herlig. Renhold på forespørsel (koster ekstra)… får nye håndklær hver 7.dag, ellers må man betale…. Personalet noe sur, og snakket lite engelsk, så litt kommunikasjonsvansker. De kunne med fordel vært mer serviceinnstilt. »
