The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. «The hosts were very awesome to work with and quick to respond. They even sent written directions and helped us navigate getting there by subway. There is a restaurant below it, so we just had to keep our kids relatively quiet which at times was a challenge, I felt like it was in a good spot. We had lots of pizza options and ice cream places close by and we found an awesome grocery store right around the corner. Overall, we super enjoyed our stay.»

«Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). «It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs, ...

Throughout the day of arrival, I tried to communicate with the ‘host,’ and was ignored (both text and phone). Then, the property address we were sent to was wrong. «Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.»

«The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with.
