After enjoying a day in the sun and sand, take a golf cart ride around the community and visit one of the Pointe West heated pools or lazy river! Dinner & drinks around the gas firepit, followed by a dip in the swim spa is the perfect ending to any day. Kids will be thoroughly entertained in the game room, leaving you free to enjoy some quiet time. This home comes fully loaded with everything you need to create a hassle-free family vacation!

The Space:
Ocean’s Edge is a spacious home, with room for the whole family. The ground level is the ultimate hangout space! With a swim spa, swinging daybed, grill, and smoker, this is an area the whole family will enjoy. Walk right onto the backyard to play corn hole, can jam or other yard games. There is an elevator for easy access to the upper floors when you are ready to move the fun inside. The elevator services the ground, first and second floors. All bedrooms have elevator access. Third floor game room is accessible by stairs.

The first floor has a large, open concept living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and access to the deck with panoramic ocean views. The deck has plenty of seating for all and a fire table to warm you on those cooler evenings. Also on this level are two spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths.

The second floor has a large master bedroom with spacious bath. Walk out to a private deck for breathtaking sunrises or to enjoy a nightcap. Down the hall you will find a bunk room that is perfect for the kids. Also on this level is a bonus room that has a queen murphy bed and pull-out couch. This room shares a bathroom with bunk room and is a great option for those traveling with young children.

The third-floor game room (AKA – The Crow’s Nest) is designed for the whole family! Spend evenings participating in air hockey tournaments, turn back time and immerse yourself in 80s classis on the arcade machine or enjoy hours of fun on the infinity Game Table. Not in the mood for games, but still want to be part of the action? Take in the tranquility of lapping waves on the upper deck and still being part of the group. There is even a telescope for stargazing or to check out the boats on the water!

"We stayed at this oceanfront home in Galveston with three families, and it was a fantastic experience. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep well and gather together. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen where we could cook meals and enjoy family time. The hot tub was huge and in excellent condition—definitely a highlight. Being right on the beach was incredibly convenient, even though we had some foggy days, the beach itself was clean and beautiful. We also took advantage of the clubhouse amenities driving the provided golf cart; the heated lazy river was a big hit with the kids. Overall, this was a perfect place for a large group and a wonderful beach getaway. We would absolutely stay here again."

Luxury Amenities:
The amenities in this home are endless! On the ground floor you will find an 11-person swim spa, which can be heated or cooled to your liking. The lap feature is a bonus for those wanting daily exercise. Use the grill and electric smoker to feed the group after a day on the beach. Your golf cart is kept in one of two garage bays on the ground level. The other garage bay is full of everything you will need to hit the beach. Here you will find yard games, sand bikes, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, shade covers, kites and more! Use the wagon to help transport everything to the beach. Need extra food storage? Plug in the second fridge/freezer in the garage for additional storage space.

Cooking for a large group is made easy in this fully stocked kitchen. Here you will find Thermador appliances and everything you need to feed the crew. Along with traditional appliances, the home offers a waffle maker, crock pot, KitchenAid stand mixer, rice maker & more! There is also a separate drink fridge, ice maker, and a dual coffee maker for K cups and ground coffee.

After dinner, listen to the sounds of the waves and enjoy drinks around the gas firepit on the deck. The couch around the firepit can comfortably accommodate eight adults. Additional seating is also available on the deck. Do you want a kid free evening? Send them to the game room for hours of entertainment!

The elevator makes for easy disabled access or can be used for unloading luggage and groceries. The elevator runs from the ground floor to the first and second floors, it does not connect to the third-floor game room.

Pointe West
Aside from the generous amenities in the home, Ocean’s Edge is in the desirable Pointe West Beach Community. Pointe West features a beachside infinity pool, heated sunset pool, lazy river, hot tub, baby pool, private beach, fitness center, fishing pond, Sippin’ on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar & more. The community is fully accessible by golf cart with designated golf cart paths.

Pointe West’s amenities are available to those who elect to purchase access through the community. Guests 4 years or older can purchase waterproof wristbands for $25 per person, per stay. Use of the beach does not require wristband purchase. A total of 15 wristbands may be purchased per stay.

We are a dog-friendly home and would love to welcome your pets during your stay. We do have a $100 per pet, per stay fee (maximum of 2 pets). Just include your pet in your reservation details, and it will be automatically applied when you book.
