«What a great place in a perfect location in a fun walkable beautiful town. Even though the place is dog friendly, it had no trace of dog odors. Also, parking was great. Park your car and only get back in it to depart town. Hope to return soon.»

There’s a washer and dryer which is very convenient as well as an air fryer and toaster. The location is also very much ideal for anyone who works at Howard University as it is a short walk away. «A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to ...
