«The place is really good just have one problem they charge me 6$ for a cup of tea cant get over it»

«Had city view room. Mold in shower. Couldnt shower there. Poor cleaning. Staff rude and unattentive. The rooms are not as big as advertized. The rooms are not more than max 50-60 sq.m even though it was advertized to be almost 70-80.. Pillows hard as rock.but luckily there is ikea and big mall so we just bought new pillows. When i asked staff why they say the rooms are bigger on the advertizement they just shrugged the shoulders. And yeah, the duvet covers were top short so the duvet was ...

«Thanks alot for anice staying»

«The hotel facility, clean, restaurant food, and location are very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and cleaning are super good. Only few things could be improved in my opinion, The swimming pool is closing once a week and the water is cold. The breakfast is basic, could be improved in terms of fresh bread , and include more turkish breakfast food,»

«Hei»

«Very rude staff specially the one at restaurant not recommended at all»

«The room looked nothing like the one photo. The actual room was more like an old emptied out ex-kebab shop with a bed. Neither the air-con nor the fridge worked. There was an exposed power converter unit on top of the headboard, just sitting there out in the open waiting for someone to poke a finger in. The building itself should be condemned. Maybe it was. Nails and bits of wood on the floor in the rickety elevator, with the floor number selection buttons flickering precariously, making each ...

«Good value for money. Checked in 2am. Staff was helpful and polite. Despite time was offered Turkish coffee at check in. Room was basic but clean. Bed comfortable. Only downside experienced was the noise from other rooms as well as street noise. But since I sleep like the dead, it did not bother me too much. Recommend Viyana Suit Otel.»
