Opposite the living room is a spectacular balcony with access to the bedroom, pleasantly furnished and with sea views, so you can start your morning in harmony with the best the island has to offer.

The flat also has a guest bathroom and a laundry room.
In addition to all the comforts, the building is equipped with a communal swimming pool and gym, where you can enjoy refreshing swims or keep fit while enjoying your holiday.

The flat, which has undergone a recent modern refurbishment, has a maximum capacity of 3 people.

The property is located on Estrada Monumental, near to the Monumental Lido Shopping Centre and Forum Madeira, 5 minutes walk from the Lido Bathing Complex and Promenade; and 2 minutes walk from Padel Tennis courts. This is a privileged area as it is close to gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 7 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 30 minutes if you choose to walk.

In the city centre there are several touristic attractions and activities to suit all tastes (cultural, radical, nature-related activities, for any purpose of your visit to Madeira Island).

Getting around
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We would like to inform you that a Tourist Tax will be charged to all people staying in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Before the arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
