«Dies war das zweite Mal, dass ich mit meiner Tochter in diesem Ferienhaus Urlaub mache und ich kann nur meine letzte Bewertung wiederholen: Eine sehr schöne, helle und moderne Einrichtung, alles sauber und ordendlich und eine ideale Lage! Die Busstation ist dierekt vor der Tür und in 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum Funchals. die Sicht auf die Stadt ist äußerst schön, jedoch können die Straßengeräusche etwas stören, wenn das Fenster nachts offen ist. Echt weiterzuempfelen!»

«The apartment is wonderfully located and correctly furnished. The view is incredible and worth the stay. Next to nice seaside resorts (Punta Gorda, Lido) and great walks, not far from the bus and supermarkets. The host is very nice and available, the communication was perfect, he even came to look for me at the airport for a reasonable price.»

«C’est deux semaines chez Fernando et Patricia ont été splendide ! Une vue magnifique sur funchal, des hôtes fantastiques et que dire de la maison avec son bar et salle de billard qui nous ont fait passé de très bonnes soirées. Le gros plus : la piscine pour se rafraîchir ou faire tomber le mal de crâne du très bon rhum de pirate de l’île ! Merci pour tout, infiniment ! 🏝🤩🥰😎»

«Great property. Only two of us on this trip, the house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. But we like our space. Property is impressive. With lots of polished wooden floors and staircase. View is fantastic looking down onto Funchal and the ocean beyond. Access into the gates with a car is tight especially when driving out. Also some roads are steep and narrow. So I’d recommend a smallish hire car. We hadn’t! Managed ok by doing a 7 point turn to reverse in. Then was easy exiting next day. All ...

«We loved our stay at Pedro's and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Pedro was a very friendly, helpful host. The apartment was very clean, with everything needed for a holiday stay. The roof terrace was ideal for lazy days and evening drinks. It is an easy walk into the centre of Funchal and the walk back is not a problem, but would recommend a taxi (4-5 euro) if retuning from supermarket. Thank you Pedro 😁»

«2 weeks in september 2017 I stayed a few days in the Fortress home where there are two apartments on the first floor, and the rest of my holiday in the small loft-studio (in the same building). «Casa do Poco II was the perfect accomodation for our 10 day stay in Madeira. It answered precisely to the online description, but exceeded our expectations. «We were 3 persons sjaring this apartment. Great! Very nice people running the place. We did not have a car, but a shuttle was picking us up when we were carrying golfbag up to the golfcouse- extremely steep arret upwards, but nice to get a good exersice We rented an apartment, lowest down, very close to the busstop, but a bit noisy at the terrasse, from traffic (only downside I would say)»
