Casa da Amoreira is an elegant three-storey, three-bedroom house designed to provide comfort, privacy and functionality throughout your stay. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking for a modern and welcoming home complemented by beautiful sea views.

On the ground floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for every guest.

The upper floor features a cosy attic lounge, creating the perfect space to relax, read a book or spend quality time together while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and sea views.

The lower floor is home to the house's main living area, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a third double bedroom. This level also includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a practical laundry room and a dedicated office, making it an excellent option for guests working remotely during their stay.

Outside, the house boasts a lovely garden with a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a jacuzzi, providing the perfect setting to unwind at the end of the day while admiring the sea views. It is an inviting space for outdoor dining and unforgettable moments with family and friends.

AREA
Located in a peaceful area, Casa da Amoreira offers the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and essential services are all within easy reach, as are the region's main attractions. Its excellent location allows guests to relax while enjoying beautiful sea views, with easy access to everything needed for an unforgettable stay.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
