«Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay.

«The studio itself was exactly as listed. We had an issue with the washer but contacted the host and he was able to get it replaced with another machine quickly. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with good quality cookware which I appreciated because I made multiple meals while there. «This is a unique property. It’s definitely meant for a younger person as you have to climb a straight ladder about 10 feet up for the loft bedroom. There aren’t any walls around the loft bedroom so no privacy. Very clean and although the code didn’t work one time from the garage but the host got me a working code.»
