«Super convenient easy check in and check out, which was great after our flights were delayed. Very nice proximity to Wembley Stadium as well. Very attentive and helpful staff. My friend forgot her passport and kindle when we left and they were very quick to message me so we could come pick them up.»

«Veldig praktisk beliggenhet i forhold besøk på Wembley. Ellers veldig rolig strøk, kort vei til offentlig kommunikasjon. Hotellet er helt greit i forhold til London-standard så lenge man synes det er greit at det ikke er frokost på hotellet eller betjent resepsjon. Store rom, i hvert fall det vi hadde. Kunne kanskje vært letter å få tak i betjeningen»

«This is a small hotel in the suburbs. No facilities, but not far from restaurants, pubs and shops. A pleasant young man was on what appeared to be permanent duty. He was helpful. The room and bathroom were small but fine for one person. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was modest but also OK.»

«Ac ok, bathroom ok. Mold in the ceiling with the window»

«Not the prettiest entrance and hallways, but nice, spacious rooms and very clean. I was greeted by a young man who instantly recognized I needed some well needed rest, so he let me check in a lot earlier than normal check-in time. Loredana from housekeeping was a gem 😊 Always smiling and offering me help. In general, the few aesthetic flaws are easily compensated by great service and room cleanliness. Didnt expect to much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. »

A lot further away from Wembley than advertised, a budget hotel which was still overpriced for what you got - would never stay there again.»

«Host very welcoming, room clean and suitable for a family of 3. No problems with a shared bathroom. Only a 5 minute walk to the station, and very easy access to Wembley Park (also helps that you go away from the majority of the crowd in the station when leaving 👍). Would stay again.»

«The rooms are spacious and clean. The curtains in living room were torn but only noticeable when drawing curtains open. Location is excellent especially if attending a venue at Wembley Stadium. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great.»

«Reception was closed (for referb I think) and we were not able to get in contact with the staff at the hotel very easily, had to go to the shop next door and ask them to ring the hotel staff, phone number was wrong on this app, mine was too for some reason so this is a hotels.com issue really. Did try to communicate via the app to ask for the number but they were unresponsive after the first message where they said the reception was closed. Was very helpful when we did get in.
