«This was supposed to be a family vacation. After driving more than 9 hours with my children, I expected a clean, safe and prepared place. Instead, I experienced stress, tears and disappointment. The front door was wide open. The door code did not work, and we accidentally found a physical key inside. We were never told a key was required. There was a broken window covered with cardboard and tape. We reported it immediately and were told someone would come within 1–2 hours. Nobody came. The ...

«We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless when we arrived and had every amenity we could think of, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. The bed was especially comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay!»

«The host was welcoming and very responsive.I was disappointed with the property lack off amenities. My priority when booking a vacation home is to have a kitchen that is stoked with basic utensils and dishes so my family can save money on eating out. Especially around the holidays when I was responsible for making a dish for Thanksgiving dinner. I was not able to make anything besides toast in the morning.I also hope that host updates pillows and bathroom towels. Both have seen better ...

«I do wonder if there is a chat bot that responds back for the host or AI written since i voiced my concerns and then got a message asking me to leave a 5 review, it made me think that my previous communications were irrelevent. The basement apartment was as described however I had great difficulty sleeping due to upstairs guests (I believe we had 3 separate guest groups during our stay). There is also road noise near the space from a highway. The washing machine was also not working for our stay ...
