«We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. »

«Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.»

«This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one.»

«Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.»

The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. On arrival, that sofa — the only bed — was dirty, covered in dust, debris, and hair. I reported it the same day, with photos. The following day, while we were out, the host sent cleaning staff into the apartment without notice and without our consent. We returned to find our belongings had been ...

«Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.»

With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.»
