«House was in a great location, easy to find. Walking distance to grocery store and The Plaza. Very clean, nice decor and a nice fire place. Full kitchen, coffee, tea and popcorn were on hand when we got there 😊 plenty of towels and linens. There was also a desktop fan in each room. The 2 rooms were identical and comfy. Only 2 suggestions I would make. Have a fan available for the living room (traffic is a little loud if you open the windows). And have a porcelain toilet seat instead of porous ...

«This little house was in a beautiful location, right in the forest. You can see the trees out of every window and skylight! We liked that this was private and a bit out of town. This was a good home base for seeing the redwoods and beaches both to the north and south. The beds were very cozy and we had everything we needed for our family of 6.»

«What a great home right in downtown Arcata, the house was fully stocked with everything you’d need in both kitchen and bathroom. The yard was perfect, we grilled using the bbq so convenient right off the kitchen. What a gem!! Thank you, Amie»

«As good as it gets. The only issue was the fire siren going off from the public safety building nearby in the early hours of the Friday morning! But after a half-dozen 'blasts' it stopped and we went back to sleep-no harm done-just a surprise!»

«Looked for a quiet and clean property with three bedrooms for one couple and two single adults. This fulfilled our expectations and more - we were in town for 3 1/2 days and only left the house once - it was easier for other family in town to come to where we were & everyone loved the location!
