The space
Welcome to this charming three bedroom, one bath home in Samoa. Enjoy the stunning views of Humboldt bay in absolute comfort. Light a fire in the fireplace, or take back our picnic basket with some snacks and wine and walk to the beach. Highway 101 and Old Town Eureka are just five minutes drive. Enjoy the picturesque, quite beach town of Samoa-which has a rich history of being one of the most well-preserved lumber mill towns in California. The town of Samoa is currently undergoing a complete renovation, as many of the historic homes in the area are being beautified and brought back to their true charm.

The details matter! A well-stocked, newly updated kitchen awaits you and your guests with everything you might need to cook a meal and unwind with a bottle of wine during your stay.

The primary suite features a comfortable king-sized bed and a large closet area to store your belongings during your stay. The secondary suite has a queen bed, and the office suite allows for an extra person or child to comfortably sleep on the fold out mattress. There is a large desk area with comfortable chair to catch up on any work you might need to get to while on your trip.

Step into the beautifully designed and decorated living room, perfect for unwinding after a long day of hiking with a large, comfortable couch, smart tv and eat-over bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, wine glasses cups, bowls, baking sheets and everything you might need to enjoy a meal together.

The bathroom is completely renovated with high end fixtures and vanity. It has a shower/tub combo perfect for traveling families.

A large deck off of the backdoor allows for a perfect indoor outdoor flow. Bring your meal outside and enjoy the bay views.

This is a safe neighborhood, and there is a driveway designated for guest parking. Guests will also have access to the fully fenced side yard. There is a washer/dryer combo on site and ready for guest use as well as a bbq for those wanting to really take advantage of the deck area.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. This includes the driveway adjacent to the house as well as a fully fenced side yard and back deck area.
Other things to note
Samoa is a small beach town on a peninsula surrounded by Humboldt Bay on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. There is a designated trail to walk from town to the Samoa dunes area. There are no convenience stores or grocery stores located in Samoa proper, however, you can find a plethora of dining and shopping options just 5 minutes away in the city of Eureka.
