Not as one would expect from a resort level experience.
Rooms are very dated, bathrooms are from the 90’s with converted bathtubs to showers. Faucets were plastic, installed crooked. Tub stopper was inoperable causing the shower to not empty, and needed to remove it.
The thermostat is motion sensor and therefore it shuts off at night - limits you to temperature settings.
The key card to use the elevator is rediculous. Our ice machine on 5th floor was out of order, so you could not use the elevator to go to another floor unless you go down.
Staff was rude. We arrived a bit early and asked for WiFi password. They don’t have one for the property so we had to “bother” them to get the password for a conference room
Parking is ridiculously expensive to park in self parking. It’s 26$ per night, 29$ if you valet.
My stays in 2 star Hampton Inns were far more accommodating and superior to this property.
The view from the room is very very nice. Only good thing about this property.
