Room is quite dated but was more than adequate and clean. There were long waits for elevators as 1 was almost always out of service. The hot tub, which they advertise as one of there main amenities, was out of order, and from talking to others it seems it had been for several weeks at least.
Our suite was on the 15th floor and had a great ocean view over the top of several blocks of other buildings. Doubtful you would have much of a view of anything below the sixth floor. Beware "ocean facing" rooms as opposed to "ocean view rooms."
While it looks like it is right on the beach from the pictures, it is actually a couple blocks away. It is not like an all inclusive where you walk out your front door right on to the beach. Additionally, this section of FL beach has very few restaurants and shops, and what there is, are not top of the line.
Staff were all friendly with big shout out to Mike at the Concierge desk who really knows his stuff.
