The space
This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom stay is located in the back half of a duplex. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a trundle bed that pulls out to a double bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space and their own TVs. The bathroom has a combo shower/bathtub and complimentary toiletries. There is a spacious living room where guests can enjoy a movie on the large, flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials for preparing the perfect meal during your stay, and a dining table that seats 4 people.

Enjoy our backyard and the seating area, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The BBQ is also available to use!

There is also a laundry room inside the unit for guests to use.

**Please be mindful of the wildlife that is present in our backyard, including birds, rodents, lizards (especially iguanas), etc. They are harmless, however, we strongly ask that guests do not feed or try to pet the wildlife.**

Hollywood is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Hollywood Beach has 2.2 mile long pedestrian promenade, combined with dramatic coastal views of Hollywood beach. Some of Hollywood’s noteworthy attractions include the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood (contemporary exhibitions and performances), the Anne Kolb Nature Center (a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium), over 60 parks, amazing golf courses, and of course, beautiful beaches.

Getting around:
A car is the easiest way to get around in the area. Guests can also bike or wlk. There is also Uber or taxis available.

There is public transportation (Broward County Transit) to and from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and to the surrounding areas (the closest stop is about a 4 minute walk away).

Another option is to leave your car at home and jump on the electric shuttle service called "Sun Shuttle".
