The Space:

➜ Beach essentials provided (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, & 1 small cooler)

➜ A portable heater can be provided upon request

➜ Less than 1 block from the beach and the Hollywood boardwalk!

➜ Approx. 280 ft² / 26 m² of space

➜ High-speed internet available

➜ Shared amenities include access to a courtyard and a BBQ area

➜ Smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube

➜ Sleeping area features a Queen size bed and a Twin-size futon for one person

➜ Clean and sanitized full bathroom with Shower

➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➜ Kitchenette equipped with appliances including a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.



IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤Kindly be advised that the kitchenette is NOT equipped with the following amenities: a sink, stove, cookware, and silverware. However, we have thoughtfully supplied disposable dishes and utensils for your convenience.



➤Guests will also enjoy shared amenities like a courtyard and BBQ area in addition to access to the entire unit.



➤We have a Pack 'n Play and a highchair available in the office, which we are happy to provide to guests upon request.



➤Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that all spaces are occupied, guests are responsible for securing paid parking or utilizing street parking at their own risk.

Ocean Drive presents a coastal lifestyle, making each day feel like a delightful beachside retreat.



Getting Around:

This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
